Can people with nut allergies eat these?

We do not work with ingredients that contain any nuts or tree nuts, but we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur, as we do not operate in a nut-free environment. We do advise looking for desserts elsewhere, as we will not be responsible for any allergy reactions or diseases affected by nuts or tree nuts.

Are our desserts halal?

Yes!!! All the ingredients we use are 100% halal.

Do you do door-to-door delivery?

Not at the moment, we are quite busy throughout the whole week, or we just can't leave the house for personal reasons. In the future, when we have more personal time, we will be open to the idea of door-to-door.

Pre-Orders are open from Monday 10AM - Thursday 10AM!!!

Where can I Pre-Order?

From Monday to Thursday, we open the Google Form where you can fill out your order. The Google Form is located above this 'FAQs' on our Linktree.

How to pay online?

We use PayId, but we do warn you to be wary of scammers who may pose as us. We will send you the details to your email.

Is it possible to cancel/refund my order?

Accepted Answer

There are factors to that answer!!

We can't refund orders we have delivered but we can refund the orders that have been cancelled.

Our cancellation policy gives everyone 48 hours before cancellation of pre-orders are no longer valid (unless you order on Thursday!!).

All refunds/cancellations go through our email, so don't be afraid to email us!!!
