"What is your turnaround time?"
Timelines vary by piece, but you can expect your portrait within 4–8 weeks after I commence working on it.

"How many pets can you include in one painting?"
Currently, I can include up to two pets per portrait. As I’m still growing and refining my process, I hope to offer more in the future.

"Do you frame your paintings?"
No, I do not offer framing at this time to keep shipping simple and safe.

"How do you accept payments?"
Payments can be made via e-Transfer or PayPal. For e-Transfers, please include a note (e.g. "Pet portrait payment for [name of pet]") in the message section.

"When should I send my reference photo?"
After you've paid the non-refundable deposit of CAD$50, please email your chosen reference photo(s) to therolledcanvas@gmail.com. I’ll contact you once I reach your spot in the queue to confirm the details and begin your portrait.
