How are you with allergies?

I take food allergies and dietary restrictions very seriously. I am personally celiac and also have a nut allergy, so safe handling practices are part of my everyday routine.
I clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, and equipment thoroughly before baking. I also use separate utensils (such as spatulas and tools) designated specifically for gluten-free items.
That said, my kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free facility, and gluten-containing ingredients are present in my home. While I take extensive precautions to reduce cross-contact, I cannot guarantee that items are completely free from trace allergens.
If you have severe or life-threatening allergies, please consider this carefully before ordering, and feel free to reach out with any questions about my process.
