Sara has 12 years of experience as a physical therapist in well-versed inpatient, outpatient and home health, clinically practiced in neuromuscular, orthopedic , and cardiac rehabilitation. Two years ago, Sara found her passion in women's health and now men's health as a pelvic health physical therapist. She has expertise in treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and diagnosis including vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, vaginismus, pelvic organ prolapse, coccydynia and bladder and bowel dysfunction. In addition, she is a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist and she is now treating men with pelvic floor dysfunction. She utilizes manual therapy techniques, yoga therapy, corrective exercise, biofeedback and energy healing as a holistic approach.

Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

During this 1 hr session, we will tune in with your intention or motivation. If necessary,  I will perform a clearing of energy with copal then hands-on Reiki healing will be performed. Sound healing will also be provided at the end of the session.

Energy healing session

This is a 1.5-2 hr session. I will perform Reiki healing during or after the pelvic floor session, along with the use of sound and/or cystals based on what is needed.

Pelvic Health and energy healing session

The 1 Hr Vedic Astrology analysis is based on the picture of the sky at the time of your birth. I will assist you in remembering your divine gifts and how to apply it in your human experience.
