Jacob was super professional and helpful throughout our entire apartment search process. Ioana and Jerome were the absolute best realtors we could have asked for as first-time homebuyers, we will never stop recommending them to others! They educated us on each step of the process with care and so much knowledge and shared all their resources with us (including putting us in touch with awesome mortgage lenders, a real-estate lawyer, and contractors). Ioana dedicated so much time and effort to us over the four months we were searching. She handled all the communication and coordination with each seller team, never delayed any step of the process, and kept us relaxed but on top of everything. We enjoyed spending every minute with her, she is a spectacular human! Jerome personally attended the walkthrough of any home we were serious about with Ioana, no matter how busy his schedule was. He personally resolved lots of issues we had during closing like driving to the building department and coordinating with contractors just to keep the process moving. We couldn't have succeeded in this homebuying process without Ioana and Jerome.
