Your one-of-a-kind Chinook will turn heads as you walk down the street or hit your favorite ski slope. The outer layer is made from upcycled wool suit coats or shirts and is lined with a super soft wool faced Polartec fabric. Stay warm in cool weather with the multiple snapping configurations to bundle up, fold down, and express your own style. Follow our wool washing instructions to keep your Chinook looking fresh and clean. If you need a little help figuring how to wear your new wrap, check out our How To Wear It page. Fabricated from upcycled wool suit coats, wool-faced Polartec 200 fleece, resin snaps, and made in Montana. Everything we make is one-of-a-kind and made from upcycled materials. You’ve found the perfect handy clutch that can house all your daily essentials. The ombre denim design is eye-catching and in beautiful shades of blue. Phone, wallet, keys, and sunglasses, and you’re ready to conquer the day and look great doing it! The pockets will help you keep your treasures organized and tidy including your keys (which we all seem to lose). The KESTREL VEE Zip has a pieced-together upcycled denim front and a railroad back panel. We named the zip collection after birds to riff off how the vee design emulates a feather's branching structure. Each of our bags is one-of-a-kind and is as vibrant and abundant in color variations as our feathered friends. DETAILS SIZE: 14" x 7.5" x 2.5" Colors combinations of denim will vary. Do not machine wash. Use cold water and mild soap, and gently rub it on with a sponge before rinsing. Air dry. HOW AM I MADE The ZIP collection is manufactured in the REcreate designs' production house in Polson, MT using reclaimed jeans, deadstock fabric (waste of the fashion industry), and waxed cotton. The process begins by deconstructing discarded jeans that we acquire from local second-hand shops. The Indigo Collection transforms old torn-up denim into new products that tell a story and are one-of-a-kind just like you. Each bag comes with its own serial no. to track how much material we reclaim and divert from the landfill each year. By eliminating the need to produce new and raw materials, upcycling helps conserve natural resources and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We estimate diverting 3000lbs of waste from the landfill each year.

The leftover bits from making our Chinooks and Tweeders are cut down, sorted and then resewn into the ZIP bag’s front panel.
