NoSoda App

I tried to quit soda for 3 or 5 times but went back. It's additive. When I feel low I crave sugar and slip. I hated myself for that. I don't want to be sugar-free and I don't need to be. I like sweets! I just know that soda is pointless. It doesn't even bring me joy anymore. I just binge it, out of habit. Every day. I want to live long. I want to have more energy. I'm afraid that soda limits me now and will fuck my health in the future. I believe that quitting soda is not about willpower. It's about knowledge and self-talk. So I'm building an app to quit soda for guys/gals like me. People who feel that they are capable of something great but who are distracted by insignificant shit.
