Question 1

What should I expect during our consultation?

Accepted Answer

- Phone consultations last between 15 and 30 minutes, allowing you to determine if you’d like to work with me by discussing topics such as the process, goals, service rates, and schedules.

- Once we end our call, **you will receive a follow-up message from me to discuss how you would like to proceed.**

- If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask them during our call!

Can I skip the consultation and start counselling right away?
