What is LevelUpp Lab?

LevelUpp Lab is a movement skills and athletic development program for children and teens aged 10–17. We help young athletes and kids improve coordination, speed, balance, agility, confidence and overall physical literacy through engaging training sessions.

Does my child need to play a sport?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. LevelUpp Lab is designed for any child who wants to move better, build confidence and develop athletic skills for both sport and everyday life. Athletes of all ability levels are welcome. Our training develops fundamental movement skills that benefit participants across a wide range of sports and activities, including athletics, cricket, hockey, netball, rugby, tennis and more.

Question 3

What happens if my child misses a session?

Accepted Answer

Session fees are non-refundable. However, if sufficient notice is provided, LevelUpp Lab may allow the session to be rescheduled. In these cases, the session value will be credited to the Athlete's account for use toward a future session. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunds.

Question 4

Are parents allowed to watch?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions from the designated spectator area.

To protect the privacy of all participants, spectators may not take photographs or record videos during sessions unless authorised by LevelUpp Lab.

Question 5

What should my child bring to a session?

Accepted Answer

Athletes should bring comfortable sports clothing, appropriate training shoes, a water bottle and, if applicable, any required medical items (such as an inhaler). Most importantly, they should bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a readiness to give their best effort.
