What is the difference between sessions ?

Accepted Answer

Free weekly sessions are *Group* sessions. Regular sessions are 45 min, tailored to the needs of the individual and their main concerns. Extended sessions are 60 min, more structured and counselor led to dive deep into issues, creating and modifying behavior plans, coping skill and routine building and time management. Kid sessions are child focused where the counselor meets with the child to discuss their progress in their Behavior Plan in a way that involves them in their own success. Kid sessions can be modified to add a parent or sibling if the main concern revolves around parental connection or sibling rivalry. Extended sessions can be modified to add your partner or spouse, these sessions focus on team building.
