John is an exceptional massage therapist with an intuitive touch, skilled, and attentive. He tailored the session perfectly to my needs, and I left feeling both physically renewed and mentally calm. Highly recommend!

My massage with John was great! I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. He has a very good intuition and was able to maintain consistent pressure with a lot of attention to lengthening and relaxation.  Even just Walking in to Hearts Pace was instantly relaxing.  I absolutely recommend this experience.

I have now had a couple massages with Beau and have enjoyed both, and plan to make it a monthly thing. Beau is extreme professional and ensures he is aware of what you need from the visit. The checkin documents allow you to provide detailed information on areas needing the most attention. While providing the massage, Beau is great about checking in on pressure and comfort level. I highly recommend visiting Heart’s Pace for massage and any other wonderful wellness modality they offer.

Beau is a miracle worker. I’ve had plenty of massages in my life. Every therapist comments the same- wow, your shoulders are really tight. None of them, even ones I went to repeatedly, did a thing about it…. Until Beau. I brought in some terrible shoulder/radiating arm pain from what felt like knots pressing on my nerves. The first session started out light as he figured out what was going on. From there, I appreciated that each session concentrated on getting that tension out with heavy pressure (he always checked to make sure it wasn’t too much). He also made several recommendations of stretching, rolling, and kneading between sessions to help keep the muscles from knotting back up due to my job strain. I really can’t thank him enough for helping me and my shoulder is felling better every day now. I wish I found a quality therapist like him 10 years ago.

Beau and Jenny were awesome. We received a couple’s massage at The Porches in North Adams. It was very easy to coordinate booking with them. They were super efficient in their room set up and created a really relaxing environment. We felt so much better after our massages and would highly recommend adding their services to your stay!

I hadn't had a massage in a while and due to the extreme stress I have had over the last year or so I gifted myself a belated Christmas present of a 90 minute Swedish massage at Hearts Pace. The massage was done by Jenny who was excellent! Clearly she knew what she was doing and was very thoughtful and thorough to ensure that the massage would address the areas that were bothering me. Add in the ease of making the appointment through their website, very reasonable cost and the nice space it should be a no brainer to anyone that may need massage type services you should definitely check Hearts Pace out!<br>I will be back!
