I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an apartment at Aurora Tower, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. From start to finish, the experience has been incredibly positive, and I owe a great deal of my satisfaction to the outstanding service provided by the seller, Lilly Wong. Lilly was exceptionally helpful, organized, and always on top of every detail. Her professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated her constant support throughout.

While the project did face some delays—unfortunately, it was delayed six times due to challenges with tradespeople availability, as well as rising material costs and wages—these setbacks were out of anyone's control. Despite these delays, the end result has been well worth the wait.

The quality of the building is superb, far surpassing what I had imagined. The attention to detail in both the design and construction is magnificent, and it’s clear that no expense was spared in creating this incredible space. The design of the apartments is well thought out and maximizes both comfort and functionality. I bought a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, and I’m thrilled with the spaciousness. The kitchen, in particular, is a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking. It’s perfectly designed to allow you to interact with guests while having all your utensils and tools at arm's reach. It’s a thoughtful layout that makes the space feel both functional and social.

From the moment you enter the main building hall, it feels like stepping into a five-star hotel. The level of luxury and comfort is unmatched. One whole floor has been dedicated to common areas, which include a 22-meter heated pool, BBQs, a gym, a cinema room with reclining seats, a sauna, and a formal dining room. For those who work from home like me, there's even a dedicated conference room. It’s a community-focused building that offers everything you need for both relaxation and productivity.

If you're looking for a top-tier property, I highly recommend considering Finbar for your next purchase. The quality, the design, and the amenities are all first-class, and with such exceptional attention to detail, I’m confident anyone would be delighted with their new home at any Finbar property.

The architects have done an absolutely flawless job at SubiStrand it gives off the impression of a Ritz Carlton hotel, everyone just says " WOW "

I would never buy Finbar apartment again been living in a complex for nearly 10 years I’ve had a crooked door frame and my front door is buckled Which is a fire door would not recommend buying an apartment from Finbar as they build them so quick and then they don’t get someone to do a proper check on the apartments from inside and out as a build them so quick so I highly do not recommend you buy from finbar

Since negative reviews are being removed, here is my second attempt at providing an insight into the kind of service you will receive with this company. Overall their service has been consistently appalling. For context, we’ve been chasing multiple issues for months, including our stove which has not been working for almost 6 months, our oven which has been out for 2 months, and a couple more issues. Additionally it took 10 MONTHS to fully install the rest of the blinds in my bedroom and have any sense of privacy - and months to repair 2 of our doors. We’ve also had 3 property managers in the last year which I guess says everything about the company. Considering the rate we pay, the least we could expect is an apartment that was ready to rent or AT LEAST any sense of urgency.

I’d be wary to use Finbar again after our flat at The Point. We LOVE our flat, the views and the specification, but…
Issues flagged at pre-settlement inspection weren’t even logged let alone fixed before settlement, several still outstanding 5 months later.
After handover you are then directed to Hanssen (these guys will get a one star review soon) to manage the defects. Hanssen don’t understand, log or manage these defects so you are left chasing and chasing.
The build quality is surprisingly poor with every time seemingly assembled by someone who has never seen it before. From the kitchen drawers to the sliding door stoppers to the toilet flushers (to name a few) - all installed like it was someone’s 1st day. The floating floor has been put down on a slab that wasn’t levelled properly so there voids and lumps throughout. Several neighbours share our issues.

Finbar has taken no meaningful action to address our issues to date and continues to redirect us to Hanssen - a company we never signed a contract with.
Please be wary.
