Question 2

BOOKING POLICY

Accepted Answer

To secure an appointment, a booking deposit is required.

First visit? A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking.

Existing clients will receive a booking fee request via SMS and email approximately 14 days prior to their appointment. Appointments that remain unsecured after the payment request expires, will be automatically cancelled and released to other clients. Appointments booked within 14 days of the appointment date will require a 50% booking fee at the time of booking.

RESCHEDULING + CANCELLATIONS

We kindly require a minimum of 2 full business days' notice for any appointment cancellation, reschedule, or service change.

Where sufficient notice is provided, your booking fee can be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations, reschedules, service reductions, or appointment changes made with less than 2 full business days' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, and, will result in any future appointments being cancelled and future bookings requiring prepayment.

If you no longer require your appointment, please contact the salon by direct contact on 0423 524 196 or manage your booking online as soon as possible.

PRICING

Pricing is a guide only. A personalised quote will be given to you during your in-salon consultation. Prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

ATTENDING YOUR APPT

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and allow our team to work safely within the space, Studio C & Co is unable to accommodate additional guests, children, or visitors during appointments.

Our salon has been thoughtfully designed for clients receiving services and, due to limited space, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been approved by management.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

PAYMENT METHODS

• All major debit and credit cards, including Amex
• AfterPay Plus card

A 1.6% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

PRE-APPOINTMENT FORMS

All new guests are required to complete and sign a pre-appointment form prior to their visit. The form includes important salon policies, health and safety information, liability acknowledgements, consultation details, and consent preferences to help us provide a safe, personalised, and professional experience.

GRACE PERIOD

Punctuality is essential to ensure you receive your full service and to avoid impacting other clients throughout the day.

A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be accommodated where possible. Arrivals beyond this time may result in a reduced service, rescheduling of the appointment, or refusal of service at the stylist's discretion.

Please note that reducing or removing services due to late arrival does not alter the original appointment value. You may still be charged for the appointment time reserved.

Where an appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% booking fee will be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy.

SECURE INFORMATION

Studio C & Co uses Stripe, a secure and industry-leading payment provider, to process booking fees and store card details.

All card information is encrypted and securely stored by Stripe. Studio C & Co does not have access to your full card details at any time.

Your card may only be charged in the following circumstances; a) To process an approved booking fee. b) For services or retail purchases authorised at checkout. c) In accordance with our cancellation, no-show, or late-change policy. No charges will be processed without a valid booking, purchase, or policy-authorised fee.

SOCIAL MEDIA + PHOTOGRAPHY

Accepted Answer

To support consultations, service records, and quality assurance, Studio C & Co may take before and after photographs during your appointment. These images form part of your client file and may be used to document your hair journey, track progress, and assist in the event of any service queries.

Separate consent will be requested for the use of photographs or videos on social media, our website, or other marketing materials. We will always respect your marketing preferences.

GUARANTEE

We want you to love your hair and are committed to delivering the highest standard of service.

If you have concerns regarding your result, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Any revision service must be completed by the original stylist and relate to the agreed consultation outcome. Changes of mind, requests for a different result, or concerns arising from incorrect home care, third-party services, or failure to follow aftercare advice are not covered under our service guarantee.

We encourage open communication and will always work with you to achieve the best possible outcome.

AFTERCARE

The longevity, condition, and appearance of your hair are heavily influenced by the products used at home, adherence to aftercare advice, and ongoing maintenance.

Following your appointment, you may receive personalised aftercare recommendations via email, including product recommendations, maintenance advice, and tips to help you achieve the best possible long-term result.

For best results, we recommend professional salon-quality products and regular maintenance appointments tailored to your hair goals.

Studio C & Co cannot guarantee the longevity, condition, or appearance of your results where recommended aftercare advice is not followed, non-professional products are used, or services are performed elsewhere.

The app is the quickest and easiest way to stay connected with us without waiting for a reply from the salon. Simply search "Studio C & Co" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download and start managing your appointments anytime, anywhere.
