The sales team was so personable and great to work with. They went out of their way to be mindful of our needs. We had a fun time buying our BMW beauty! I would recommend this dealership if you want to be heard and treated well. We have been to a lot of different dealerships and some have not been warm or welcoming like the Pleasant Grove dealership team. Thank you Kobe and Ali !

Seth, my salesman, was the man! I bought a used vehicle, and even though I’m a young adult, he still made the experience special, treated me with respect and as a serious buyer. He didn’t waste any time, was kind, and deserves all the sales he can get. Definitely would recommend him/this dealership and very happy with my purchase!

BMW of Murray is my go-to for all of my auto needs. I'm on my second BMW and I know every time I bring it in, I will drive out of there knowing my car is in top-notch shape. Their customer service is wonderful. Christian, my customer rep and Alice at the front desk are always kind and attentive.

What can I say? A truly fantastic, smooth and brilliant sales experience. No hard sell, just great information, fantastic service and every option presented with benefits pointed out. One thing that really differentiated this experience for me in comparison to other car sales organizations I've worked with before, and that gave me such an added degree of confidence, was that I wasn't sold every possible option even though I might not need it for my particular vehicle. A lot of dealers talk about acting with integrity, these folks live it. Additionally, the trade in offer I was given was very reasonable, no low ball nonsense or any kind of underhanded behavior you might find elsewhere. Overall, it's tough to provide a more glowing recommendation. Whether you're buying a BMW like I did, a Mini, or anything else, you'll be thrilled with the level of service, professionalism and, most importantly in my opinion, the fact that you're treated like a human being. I'll undoubtedly be back the next time I'm in need of a new vehicle.

I Go to BMW of Murray. Scheduled my service appointment immediately. I will be going there in the future. This was so worth the drive. The service was truly genuine and exceptional. BMW is my favorite brand and I just love to drive them. I am down for the Germans and their finesse with engineering.
