Austin Roundup Our mission is to provide meaningful community activities with our fellows and service opportunities for recovering LGBTQIA+ individuals and our allies throughout Central Texas. We fulfill this purpose by hosting inclusive community-building events, funded by strategic fundraising initiatives. Whether you’re LGBTQIA+ or a proud ally, the Conference we host is your chance to be of service, connect with folx in recovery from addictions, discovering a new way to live and creating community spaces where everyone feels seen, safe, and celebrated. We’re looking for fabulous humans to take part and volunteer. Austin Roundup (ARU) is a self-governing volunteer organization directed by our board of directors and sustained by our dedicated volunteer committees. We are a collection of individuals and allies from our Queer LGBTQIA+ community who are engaged in recovery from addictions. We operate as a collaborative platform where our members share their diverse experiences, personal strengths and collective hope to support others navigating the discovery of new life process.
