ClubHub is a centralised web-based platform developed to improve the management of university clubs at UNIMAS. The system allows students to explore and join clubs, submit new club applications, and manage club activities through a structured digital platform. The project also provides administrators with tools to review and approve club applications, monitor club activities, and manage users through a role-based dashboard. To further enhance usability, ClubHub includes an AI-powered chatbot that provides real-time assistance to users.
