I have booked for a session but can no longer attend, how do I cancel this?

This can be cancelled on your ESR Learner Homepage. You will need to log into your ESR and access your Learner Homepage, under the 'My E-Learning' Section.

Once on there, you will see all of the courses that you are booked for under 'My Current Self-Paced Enrolments'. If you click on the course you wish to cancel, you will see a drop down box at the top right of the screen that says; Select an Action.

If you click on this and select Unenrol, you will then need to select a reason for cancelling. Once selected, your place will then be cancelled.

Where are the PA & PS sessions held?

All PA & PS updates and the Initial Preparation session is held in Education & Development Centre, Hereford County Hospital.
