🛒 How can I buy?

We offer two ways to shop:

1-Platform Stores (Etsy, Zazzle, and TikTok): Find our additional products here and checkout directly on the platform.

2-Catalogs (WhatsApp only): For catalog items not listed in our stores, use the "Order item from this catalog" button located beneath the catalogs to send a direct message. You will receive a budget quote within 24 hours.

📦 What are the production times, shipping timeframes, and costs?

Accepted Answer

1 - Platform items calculate their shipping times and costs automatically during checkout.
2 - Catalog items vary based on quantity, customization, and complexity. Being custom-made, they require more time than standard items and depend on how fast you approve your designs (you get 3 free revisions). We generally aim to deliver within a 14-day timeframe.
3 - Shipping costs for catalog items depend on the total weight and package size, and will be provided along with your order quote. We typically ship with UPS, but occasionally use FedEx or USPS depending on the fastest delivery service available.

📍 Where are you located?

We currently have a location in Garland, Texas, under the name StyleSymbols (which you can check using the location button above). However, we are currently in the process of moving, so the address will be updated soon.

💳 How do payments work?

Accepted Answer

1 - Payments for catalog orders are securely processed through the payment links we send you directly via WhatsApp.
2 - Orders placed on external platforms (Etsy, Zazzle, or TikTok) are paid directly on each of those platforms using their accepted payment methods.

🔄 What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

1 - Since these are custom-made and personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, as they cannot be resold.
2 - We only offer refunds or replacements if the item arrives physically damaged or if we made a printing error that does not match your final approved design.
3 - You have a 3-day window after delivery to report any issues with photo evidence. Please note that minor screen color variations or typos approved during your final design review are not eligible for returns.
