When our landlords offered to sell us the condo we currently rented in SF, my wife and I knew we would need an expert to guide us. I'm so glad a recommendation led us to Moshe! He and his team leaped into action, researching the property and the latest market signals in our neighborhood. Moshe guided us through submitting our offer and did an exceptional job negotiating on our behalf. Our closing process had some major curveballs, and Moshe stepped up every time to keep things on track - I'm sure he put in a ton of hours behind the scenes. We made it to closing and are now SF homeowners. Moshe was a true partner for us every step of the way. When I think about this journey, I can't imagine doing it without him. Thank you Moshe!

I recently purchased a property in Gilroy and had a wonderful experience working with Moshe Fogel. Moshe was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. I truly appreciated his honesty, dedication, and excellent customer service. Buying a property can be complicated, but Moshe made the experience comfortable and easy to understand. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you again for all your help and outstanding service!

Moshe was truly a blessing for us. He was very attentive to what we were looking for during our first meeting and made the search process a pleasant experience and eventually helped us find our dream home! He truly listened to what we wanted and was very patient with us throughout the whole process AND what impressed me the most though is how I felt that he truly fought for our best interest. There were a few times he told us to walk away from a bad deal and that showed us that he was not just trying to make a sale. 10 months later we are still incredibly happy with our house and have continued our friendship with Moshe. I ABSOLUTELY recommend his services to anyone and I’m confident he will deliver the same level of service and commitment he gave us.
