I started training 26 years ago overseas in raw, no-excuses gyms — where intensity mattered more than aesthetics. That mindset shaped my coaching.

Over the past 17+ years, I’ve coached athletes across two continents — from complete beginners to bodybuilding stages, and from everyday lifters to powerlifters setting state records. I’ve worked with national team members and world champions, but also people who just wanted to become their strongest, most disciplined selves.

What sets me apart is simple: I combine old-school intensity with modern structure. I teach proper form, smart progressions, and the kind of mindset that builds lasting strength — in and out of the gym.
