Phil is the best. I’ve had multiple bids from roofers on 5 or 6 projects over the last 10 years, and the Roofing Rain or Shine group are fantastic. They have been consistently the best value and most reliable company I’ve dealt with as a homeowner and landlord.

Phil and his Rain or Shine crew did a great job in replacing my old roof. With iffy weather in the forecast, Phil brought in extra help and the roof was installed in one day, beating the rain that came in the following day. Phil was in constant contact with me before, during , and after the install, and I really believe that he cares about doing the best job he can.

Phil and his team are true professionals with a lot of experience under the belt. From start to finish they took care of all of our roofing needs and answered all of our questions. And they really do roof rain or shine, they finished our roof in a few days during a rainy November!
