Meghann is an amazing realtor! She was incredibly professional and thorough. Since we live in Vancouver and had to react remotely, Meghann was in constant contact and made sure we knew what was going on. Almost like we were there. As the housing climate is very aggressive, Meghann was on top of things by doing market study to give us the best advice. She was up late and put in extra effort all the way. She was very positive and we did not feel any pressure what so every. We were very impressed with the dedication and hard work that she put in. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get a home or getting an investment property. Thank you Meghann.

Meghann was incredibly professional from the first contact and continued to impress me with her knowledge and experience. I was very nervous as this was my first purchase and Meghann made the process a breeze. She went out of her way to ease my concerns and was available to me when I needed her. I would absolutely recommend Megann as a realtor and will be using her services as needed going forward. Thank you so much for being my Rockstar!!!

Meghann Maxwell is an exceptional realtor. She is professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. She has an excellent marketing plan complete with very sound advice. She went over and above anything we would have expected by contacting tradesmen to do estimates and appraisals on any issues that were to be disclosed. Meghann was more than willing to come to us re any help that was needed with completing documents and ensured that everything was done in a timely, legal manner. She is up to date with all real estate laws. Meghann is extremely trustworthy, hard working, honest and kind with a vivacious, outgoing personality to boot. A rare gem. I have trusted her advice every step of the way and highly recommend her if it is top of the line service you are looking for.
