Keshav & Sagar - The Grit Behind LetsLance We started as two broke engineering students at IIT Kharagpur, obsessed with startups and the idea of building something meaningful. LetsLance is our third company— because the first two didn't work out. But we never stopped trying. Somewhere along the way, we realized we just loved building. Not for the hype, not for the exit, but for the craft itself. Slowly, stubbornly, we scaled LetsLance from a scrappy duo to a 20-person team, hitting over $1M in revenue-fully bootstrapped. No investors, no shortcuts. Just hard lessons, late nights, and a refusal to quit. We're young (22), but we've spent years in the trenches of software and data engineering-automating processes, wrestling with messy data, and figuring out how to turn it into real business value. LetsLance was born from that obsession: building tech that actually works, not just looks good on a pitch deck.
