Brian is not a trustworthy person to do any sort of business with and I cannot recommend him. I found him through my bank and he was supposed to be the builder/realtor for my new build and all of a sudden he just stopped communicating. This was second time after initially doing it once. He goes from having normal communication to complete silence for more than a month with zero explanation. Turns out he closed his business. Any professional would have the common courtesy to respond to numerous emails, texts or calls and end it. But Brian chose to be deceitful by claiming he wasn't getting my emails or phone calls. That shows how dishonest he is. During the few months we had communications, he seemed to be a yes-man more than anything. Sometimes I'd present conflicting takes on what I thought of something he'd just support whatever I said. That is not someone you want on your side to make one of your biggest life decisions. He'll say anything to move the deal forward in the place of solid advice. Anyone can be a realtor or builder, but lack of honesty is something breaks the whole trust which is essential in transactions like these.

We chose Coldwell Banker because of the professional and customized service we received many years ago. This time was even better. Brian Kays was attentive, responsive to our concerns, and full of resources for the sale of our house. We always knew what was happening and when as Brian kept us informed every step of the way.

Brian was a great realtor to work with on our last transaction! Even when we hit some snags along the way that were of no fault of his, he always came back to me and communicated a solid plan to stay on track for success and get to the closing table. He had his clients in mind with every single decision and conversation we had and he was willing to go above and beyond for his clients to get into their new home. I am for sure looking forward to working with him and his team on future transactions!
