I am booked for a course but can no longer attend, how can cancel my place?

This can be cancelled on your ESR Learner Homepage. You will need to log into your ESR and access your Learner Homepage, under the 'My E-Learning' Section. Once on there, you will see all of the courses that you are booked for under 'My Current Instructor-Led Enrolments'. If you click on the course you wish to cancel, you will see a drop down box at the top right of the screen that says; Select an Action. If you click on this and select Unenrol, you will then need to select a reason for cancelling. Once selected, your place will then be cancelled.

I am booked for a session, where is this taking place?

This training will take place at the Education & Development Centre at the back of the hospital near the Library.
