We were in the market to rent and a friend referred Ryan to us. We had an amazing experience with Ryan as he was very patient and efficient. He paid close attention to our needs and short listed places well for our viewings. He made the process smooth and kept us up to date through out. Would definitely recommend him! Thank you Ryan for your assistance!

Had an excellent experience working with Ryan. Very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. Always kept our best interests and provided thoughtful opinions without ever being pushy. Because this was my first time the process was complicated and unfamiliar to me at first, but Ryan made everything easy to understand. Took the time to explain each step clearly and never rushed us, which made the entire experience much more comfortable and stress free. Always well prepared and did his research. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Ryan. He is very open and personable. He is very experienced with the market during both ups and downs, and played a huge role in helping us beat out other offers without offering more than we have to. In the end we saved 10,000$ thanks to his expertise!
