MEPSL Leave Form

If you still want to file a leave:
1. Go to GAMS > Leaves.
2. Fill out the Leave Filing section.
2.1 Leave Day Type: Already set to FULL DAY LEAVE. We do NOT have half-day leaves.
.> Leave Type: Select from the dropdown list. The options are Vacation, Sick, and Personal.
> With Pay?: If you have enough leave credits, select Yes. If none, select No.
> Start Date and End Date of your leave. Days will auto-populate once you select the dates. 
> Reason: Select from the dropdown list, which will depend on the Leave Type selected. Choose the option closest to your actual reason for leave. Click File.
2.2 Wait for your leave in GAMS to be approved.
2.3 While waiting for GAMS approval, fill out MEPSL Leave Form. SKIP #2 in the instructions and item 3 in the form.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 
> Do NOT file offset days as leave.
> Email your TM or TL first and seek approval BEFORE filing your leave in GAMS.
> Do NOT file holidays and rest days as leave.
