Question 1

Deposits ❤️

Accepted Answer

For any service exceeding £100.00 with a Senior Stylist or Stylist, a £30.00 deposit is mandatory.
Similarly, a £20.00 deposit is required for services surpassing £75.00 with a Junior Stylist.
If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a £30.00 charge will apply, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we provide an opportunity to reschedule by paying an extra £30.00 deposit. In this case, we will deduct a total of £60.00 from your bill.

Question 2

Please read before booking ❤️

Accepted Answer

Your appointments are very important to the Willow & Blush team; each appointment is reserved especially for you.
At W&B we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services.

Question 3

Colour Service Care Notice ❤️

Accepted Answer

At Willow & Blush, we take every step to protect your clothing during colour services, including professional capes and careful application.

However, due to the nature of hair colour, there is always a small risk of colour transfer.

✨ We kindly recommend wearing old clothing or items you are happy to wear for your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding — your comfort and experience are always our priority 💫
