5 stars. Highly recommend. From the customer service and professionalism to the care and craftsmanship put into the engagement rings, we cannot recommend Vero Diamonds and Ali enough. My partner and I designed a custom engagement ring together and Ali's helpful guidance and knowledge made it a special experience for us both (my fiancé and I knew nothing about ring design!). After showing Ali some inspiration photos, he was extremely helpful in providing information and ideas that truly reflected the style that I wanted while incorporating my own ideas. Thank you for making a ring that feels like me and that I love dearly. Can't recommend the Vero Diamond team enough! :)

If your ring comes in this box, you've already made the right decision. Im not posting the ring I created as that is something special between my partner and me , much as yours will be between your partner and yourself. The amount of care and honesty that Ali had during the whole process was second to none. It is an intimidating purchase but he made me feel calm and collected. He made thoughtful suggestions as I knew nothing about rings. It was not salesy it was hey here are things that are possible, and then let me decide from there. Highly recommend Vero to anyone thinking about rings, engagement or other. Thank you again for the care you put into the whole process

10/10 Highly Recommend Our celebrations have kept us busy, making this review a bit overdue. I had an amazing experience at Vero Diamonds. The quality of the ring is outstanding, and she gets compliments on it all the time. The team really takes the time to explain everything without any pressure. You can tell they genuinely care about their product and making sure you get exactly what you want. I also loved being able to support a local business. All the 5 star reviews are absolutely real, believe the hype. I’d recommend Vero to anyone!
