Eats from 84th is a Belizean fusion catering concept created in honor of my late grandmother, great-grandmother, and the cherished memories of my childhood home on 84th and Marquette in Chicago. Growing up, I learned to cook at my great-grandmotherās side, watching her make dishes from her country. These early experiences not only deepened my connection to my heritage but also inspired the mission of Eats from 84th: to bring people together through the flavors of Belize and the stories they tell. Each dish is a tribute to family, culture, and the legacy of those who came before me, blending tradition with a modern twist to create a unique and heartfelt dining experience.
