There are a host of factors we take into consideration before pricing items out for our clients. From the quantity & quality of the item, to the way its decorated, when you need it, and where it ships from.

How long does stuff take to make?

Just to keep things nice and spicy, nearly every item out there (that’s 800,000!!) has a different production timeline and shipping point.

Most items are in the 2-3 week timeline, with some available quicker and others taking as long as 6-9 weeks (these are usually imported items traveling by ship). We can work magic with most timelines as long as you’re up front about them!

Can I get just 1 thing?

Accepted Answer

There are PLENTY of executive gift and award items available with a minimum order quantity of one - but not so in the singular apparel pieces or inexpensive items arenas.

This industry does its best work in bulk (and you’ll see that bulk expertise reflected in the per-item costs at volume) - if you think about the labor and time that goes into setting machinery up to print just one item it’ll make more sense!

Don’t hesitate to ask if you need just one thing - you never know what we can make happen!

Why should I work with SWS?

So many reasons! #1, our consultants are commission free. We’d rather tell you not to purchase something that won’t serve you rather than be swayed by golden handcuffs.

We also leverage psychology and the human experience for our clients, advising them not just on items but on the how/why/when/who parts of the equation. We have strategic relationships with over 50 vendors to ensure we’re getting you the best goodies for the job at hand, and last but not least though we take our professional impact very seriously, as human beings we’re FUN to work with!

Don’t you just have all that stuff in the back?

Nope, and we’re proud of it! The beauty of being a distributor instead of a manufacturer is that we can be flexible for you, our client. If an option we’re showing you isn't right, that’s OK! We *almost always* have a bunch of directions to pivot into, whether that’s in search of a different item, a different price, or a myriad of other factors. Besides, we work nationally - if your event is in Georgia, wouldn't you rather we save you $ on freight by sourcing something from Florida instead of California? Yeah, us too.

Does the money REALLY stay local?

We ran the numbers - $100 spent with a globally owned online mega giant promo distributor will recirculate about $13 back into the local economy.

Spend that same $100 with us, and over $50 stays in the local economy!  We have the receipts and are happy to explain further - but you can trust that even though this industry is globalised and there’s no getting around that, working with SWS has a direct give-back to our local community - from a time, treasure, AND talent perspective.

What does SWS stand for?

We are a collection of owners and employees with very diverse interests, and we make space for our team to volunteer for the causes that are meaningful to them on company time. As an organization, we are consistent in supporting our military community (active duty & veterans), the LGBTQIA+ community, and the business community at large. We also donate regularly to underserved schools, and we have a soft spot for rescued & rehabbed animals.

We also believe businesses are by and for humans, and as such we have a responsibility not just to the shareholders, but to the stakeholders that are our employees, our clients, and our community. This holistic integrity runs deep in our leadership and informs nearly every decision we make.
