Top notch coaching. Stefano has really help me reach my lifing goals his attention to detail when writing my programs and one on one coaching has been incredible. I can recommend him enough. If you want to get stronger he is your guy.

I’ve had an amazing experience working with Stefano. From day one, he made me feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in my ability to reach my goals. His knowledge and professionalism really stand out; he takes the time to explain exercises, correct my form, and tailor each session to suit my needs and progress. What I appreciate most is his positive attitude and constant encouragement. Whether you’re after Powerlifting, Injury Prevention/Rehabilitation, Body Recomposition, Improved General Health Markers, Better Lifestyle Habits - Stefano has an answer. For me personally, recent training has been focussed on building more muscle, losing more fat, and getting stronger every week. Stefano’s expertise and adaptable approach to coaching makes every goal achievable. My bodyweight is down and I’m seeing phenomenal progress in my physique, and my strength is up and building momentum in training every session, all while balancing a highly active lifestyle and undergoing military training in the Australian Army. I’m so keen to see where the next few months lead, as Stefano and I both have aspirations for me to compete at the 82.5kg weight class within the next 9 months. 🏋️‍♂️🚀🪖
