Question 1

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-in is available via a self-check-in lockbox (instructions will be sent 2 days before your arrival). If you need a late check-out, please consult with us—it is granted based on availability.

Question 2

What is the sleeping and layout setup?

Accepted Answer

Sora House comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom.

It features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen and dedicated storage.

For remote workers and digital nomads, the house is equipped with fast, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi internet and comfortable dedicated working spaces to make working or video calling effortless.

Question 3

Is there parking available at the property?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We provide free on-site parking specifically for motorbikes and scooters.

Question 4

Where is Sora House located and how far is it from Ubud center?

Accepted Answer

We are conveniently located right near the center of Ubud, just steps away from Studio K. Our prime location puts you a short walk or ride from famous landmarks like the Ubud Royal Palace, the Ubud Art Market, and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary, meaning the area's best cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions are right at your fingertips.

(Note: Since Studio K has a couple of spots in Ubud—on Jl. Goutama and Jl. Sukma Kesuma—this keeps it accurate to central Ubud while highlighting the best nearby attractions!)

Question 5

How do I get there from the airport?

Accepted Answer

We are about a 1 to 1.5-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), depending on Bali traffic.

Here is our essential arrival guidance for a smooth trip:

- Pre-Booked Private Driver (Recommended): The easiest, most hassle-free option after a long flight. Your driver will wait for you at the arrivals hall with a name sign. (Let us know if you'd like us to help arrange one)

- Ride-Hailing (Grab / Gojek): You can book via the app upon arrival and head to the official airport Grab Lounge / pick-up point. Connectivity: Activate an eSIM or local data upon landing so you can stay in touch with us via WhatsApp during your journey.

- Location Pin: We will send you our exact Google Maps pin and driver directions alongside your check-in details 2 days prior to arrival.
