You’ll remain fully clothed throughout your Reiki session, so come in whatever feels comfortable. Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal.

Do I need to bring anything?

No, everything you need will be provided. You’re welcome to bring a bottle of water if you’d like.

Do I need to have experienced Reiki before?

Not at all. Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or have experienced it before, you’re welcome.

Should I eat before my session?

It’s best not to arrive feeling overly full. A light meal or snack beforehand is absolutely fine.

When should I arrive?

Around 10 minutes before your session is perfect. There’s no need to arrive too early. I’ll be ready to welcome you into the space.

Book a Reiki Session

A private Reiki session held from my home studio in Canterbury, created as a space to pause, ground and reconnect with yourself. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed into the studio with a refreshing drink before we take a moment to settle in and set an intention for your session. You’ll then be invited to get comfortable on the treatment bed, fully clothed, where Reiki energy will be offered through either gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques, depending on your preference. After your session, there will be time to slowly come back into the room, enjoy some tea or water and decompress before heading home. Come as you are. There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply space to be still, receive and reconnect.
