Hi, I’m Kayhla — wife, homeschool mom of two, doodle momma, THE Ohio State alum (Go Bucks!), wine enthusiast, taco obsessed, and the proud owner & baker behind Simply Soured! In 2023, I fell in love with the art of sourdough. What started as a passion quickly grew into a dream of sharing homemade baked goods with others. Simply Soured began in Bellevue, Nebraska, while navigating life with a toddler and brand-new baby. Then transitioned through a cross country move to Pensacola, Florida in 2026! I saw our move as a fresh start and the perfect opportunity to bring my bakery dreams to life. Simply Soured is a proud military spouse-owned cottage bakery, creating homemade sourdough breads, sweets, and baked treats with quality ingredients and lots of love.
