And the owner/baker behind Simply Soured. 🤎 I fell hard for sourdough in 2023, and what started in my kitchen quickly became a dream I couldn’t let go of. Simply Soured began in Bellevue, Nebraska, in the beautiful chaos of raising a toddler and a brand-new baby. Fast-forward to 2026: a cross-country move to Pensacola, Florida gave me the fresh start I needed to finally chase that bakery dream. Simply Soured is a military spouse-owned cottage bakery creating homemade sourdough breads, sweets & treats with quality ingredients, organic flours and sugars, and zero artificial dyes.
