Amelia Andaleon is the founder of Spiritually Fit Yoga, LLC. With over 15 years of teaching experience, she helps busy adults discover their personal power and create inner peace through yoga, meditation, sound baths, Reiki, retreats, yoga teacher training, and private and corporate wellness experiences.
