What are your treats made of?

All of our treats are made with simple, all-natural ingredients — no fillers, no weird stuff, just real food. Full ingredient lists are included on each product's label and product description.

We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product before ordering, especially if your pup has food sensitivities or allergies.

How does pre-order work?

Pre-orders are open through Sunday, October 11th, 11:59pm. After that, we start prepping — so don't miss the window!

You'll select your preferred pickup option on the pre-order form and once you submit, you'll get a confirmation email within 1–2 business days with your total and payment instructions. We accept Venmo or Zelle only. Your order is officially locked in once payment is received.

Where and when do I pick up my order?

You've got two options:

1. Friday, October 23rd, 6pm-7pm — 3519 W Commonwealth Ave # L, Fullerton, CA 92833
2. Saturday, October 24th, 12pm-5pm — Howl-o-ween Pup Pop-Up at The LAB Anti-Mall, 2930 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626

You'll select your preferred pickup option on the form, and exact time/location details will be included in your confirmation email.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting?

All pre-orders are final once payment is confirmed — we're a small-batch operation, so we handmake exactly what's ordered! Please double check your order before paying.

Question 5

No Refund / No Exchange Policy

All pre-orders placed through the form are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the limited-batch production schedule required to fulfill orders for this event, we are unable to accommodate refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once payment has been submitted.

Customers are advised to review the full ingredient list prior to ordering. Oh My Bones is unable to accommodate product substitutions or modifications. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order, including product selection and quantities prior to completing payment.

All pre-orders must be collected at the designated location and pickup window. Orders not collected will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued for uncollected orders.
