We are jumpstarting our library inventory with a tool drive!

Sunday, May 3rd from 11am-2pm 

At Mt Airy Ecolab, next to SEPTA’s Carpenter Regional Rail Station

We will be accepting new and used hand tools, corded power tools, cordless power tools with batteries, medium-sized tabletop tools, ladders, automotive tools and gardening/landscaping tools. 

Let us help you clean out your tool shed. All donations are tax-deductible.

Tools in good working order
Handheld power tools (drill, driver, circular saw, jigsaw, sawzall, angle-grinder, corded and cordless hammer drill, nail gun)
Medium-sized tabletop tools (chop/miter saw etc )
Power washer
Hand tools (wire strippers, prying tools, claws)
Automotive tools like socket wrench set
Car code reader
Blades, drill bits, and tool attachments
Extension cords
Extension ladders, step ladders
Hand trucks, dollies
Plumbing snake
Clamps
Electrical testers
Carpentry squares
Laser Level
Generator
Portable car charger 
Handsaw (dovetail, pull saw, pruning saw)
Shovel (snow and garden)

A new tool library is budding this Spring at the Mt Airy Ecolab! The Northwest Tool Library is currently just a handful of volunteers with a shipping container and the humble goal of making home maintenance more accessible for Northwest Philly, but we are jumpstarting our library inventory with a tool drive on Sunday, May 3rd!

We will be accepting new and used hand tools, corded power tools, cordless power tools with batteries, medium-sized tabletop tools, ladders, automotive tools and gardening/landscaping tools. Let us help you clean out your tool shed. All donations are tax-deductible.
