Just had my first sports massage at Moveology with the super professional and caring Ellie.

From the start she was calm, kind, clear and confident. She asked me about my body and what I was after. She explained how she would treat me and made me feel so comfortable.

Her technique was so methodical. I could feel her intuitively understanding the tissues of my body. She worked gently to begin with, then applied pressure when needed, hitting each spot and always checking in with me. The 45 mins flew by and ive left feeling ready for the Yorkshire 3 peaks later today! Ill be booking in again, what an asset to Moveology.

Since joining Lottie’s postnatal exercise class, I’ve felt welcomed into a warm, supportive, and friendly environment. Lottie is an incredibly knowledgeable instructor, and her expertise in postnatal fitness shines through in every session. She provides clear, detailed advice on each exercise and offers personalised feedback, making it feel like I’m getting one-on-one coaching even in a group setting.

Lottie tailors the exercises to ensure we’re targeting the right muscle groups, and her tips and tweaks have helped me maximise every movement. Her understanding of the pelvic floor and postnatal fitness is truly impressive, and the results I’ve seen in my own fitness and strength are a testament to her skill and experience.

What really sets her apart is how hands-on and helpful she is with the babies. She’s amazing at settling them, which allows us mums to focus on our workouts without stress. Lottie’s care, encouragement, and expertise make this class a lifeline for postnatal mums. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

I absolutely love this reformer class! The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and create such a welcoming and encouraging environment. Every session is thoughtfully structured, offering the perfect balance of challenge and accessibility, I always leave feeling stronger, more energized, and accomplished.<br><br>The instructors do a fantastic job of explaining movements clearly and providing modifications where needed. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness since starting.<br><br>The studio atmosphere is clean, calming, and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, effective, and supportive Pilates workout.

Reformer Pilates at Moveology is just excellent! I love every class. The instructors are fantastic - skilled professionals and very friendly. I feel challenged each time I go and I love the variety of Pilates moves on the reformer, no two classes are the same. The studio is clean and welcoming with plenty of parking and the pricing is realistic - yay! Highly recommend!

Doing postnatal reformer Pilates with Lottie has been amazing. I was really scared to start exercising again after having my baby. I hadn't exercised properly since before I got pregnant and I had a difficult C-section recovery. These classes have not only rebuilt my strength but also my confidence in my body after going through such a big change. Even my husband has noticed how much my strength has improved, even after just a few sessions. Lottie's expertise is so reassuring too. Knowing that you can relax and fully trust the exercises are the right thing is so important. Lottie is great at answering any questions you have too and giving tips and advice to help with recovery. If a move is uncomfortable or something hurts, she will always find a way to adapt it. I recommend this class to all new mums!
