I worked with Cameron at Encore to find a rental property during the off-season and it was a great experience. He was very organized, patient, and had great attention to detail which made me feel confident throughout the entire process. He is also very communicative and always made sure I had the information I needed. Jeremy was absolutely wonderful to work with, and did a fantastic job of explaining every step we all needed to take in the process of securing a new house to rent. I was genuinely surprised at how long in the day he made himself available to talk over phone/text/email, and was nothing but down-to-earth and approachable. My friends and I will definitely be keeping his contact info for future moves, and I HIGHLY recommend working with him. Thank you so much for everything, Jeremy!

We had a great experience working with Cameron. Our situation was tricky because we had to rent an apartment without traveling to Boston in person, and he helped us navigate that process. Communication was prompt and professional. We came across several challenges with applying and renting, and he patiently helped us through those. We were able to rent the second apartment we applied for. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Cameron and Encore Realty.

I am so grateful that my first experience working with a realtor was through Encore Realty. I started looking for apartments in November 2024 and had a month to find a place in Boston. Within just two weeks, I found a cleaner apartment that looked better and had more character. Also, it was so much cheaper than my old one. So huge thanks to Encore Realty and a shout-out Mitesh Patel (my realtor) for being the absoulte best! Mitesh, if you are reading this, just know that you are the man. Recently worked with Cameron to find a 2 bedroom apartment ahead of the popular September 1 turnover and could not be happier with my experience. Despite a tough market, Cam was very responsive and on top of new listings, very communicative and flexible, and helped us lock in our new apartment. Would highly recommend working with Encore and Cameron specifically!
