Melvin was my first encounter and experience with a Personal Trainer. The value of having a PT was made clear pretty early on. Melvin's approach and knowledge however is what took the experience to the next level. Melvin is incredibly knowledgeable about exercise and the human anatomy, accompanied with a sharp wit and strong emotional intelligence, it makes for a formidable combination.

When I started working with Melvin, he really helped me understand what my body needs and how I should be aware of the little things. I had also injured myself and he was quick to adapt my training to aid in my recovery process. Can highly recommend!

Melvin is een uitstekende trainer met een wetenschappelijke aanpak. Hij kan je enorm motiveren en ondersteunen. Daarnaast geeft hij altijd een uitgebreide uitleg en denkt hij bij obstakels altijd met je mee. Supertrainer die vriendelijk en relaxed is en waar je ontzettend veel van kan leren en doelgericht te werk kan gaan met waar jij naar toe wilt.
