I recently contacted the office to request a simple letter confirming that my daughter had been receiving therapy for a year. To my disappointment, Julia, the receptionist, informed me that it wasn’t possible to obtain the letter because the psychologist who provided the therapy was no longer working there. She then told me to search for the psychologist on Google and ask her directly for the letter—an incredibly unprofessional and frustrating response.

On top of that, Julia mentioned that if I still wanted the letter from the office, it would cost me $100 plus tax. I find this response completely unacceptable for such a simple request. The customer service I received was extremely disappointing, and I expected much more helpful and understanding support. It’s frustrating to feel like I'm being given the runaround for something that should have been a straightforward process.

I hope this issue is addressed and that future customers are treated with more care and professionalism.

Life and family counselling is an amazing clinic and such friendly staff and very welcoming, very organized and clean and makes me feel very relaxing and comfortable as soon as I walk into the clinic.  I highly recommend for coming here for therapy as it is the best!

Mary has been helping me and my family for several years. I especially enjoy being greeted Julia the office manager 🙂
