A must-have experience in Malta!
An amazing owner who will personally guide you through the best routes on the island. The bikes were in excellent condition and came fully equipped—with all the essentials and some great extras.

If you're visiting Malta and unsure how to get around, I highly recommend stopping by Los Arditos. Once you start a conversation there, chances are you'll leave with a bike and a clear plan for exploring the island.

This is a true story of someone in need and an extremely kind human being.
I am here on holiday in Sliema with my disabled wife and we had a puncture on her electric scooter that we brought with us from London. Without it, she was stuck in our room of the hotel. I asked around and a number of people recommended Los Arditos to help me out. I called them and literally within minutes Arditos himself turned up at our hotel with a pump. Unfortunately, it needed more of a repair, so selflessly he nipped off and returned with a tool kit! After a while it was clear that to fix the scooter he needed it back at his shop, so he duly set off on the scooter and I followed on his electric bike.
Arditos made a repair straight away, bearing in mind this is a scooter not a bicycle, but it needed over night to cure so he sent me back to the hotel with one of his bikes.
I returned the next morning to find he had made a proper permanent repair using scooter bits and serviced the brakes, which I hadn’t asked him to do!
We would like to thank him again for going over and above what we asked of him and for being a genuine kind soul which is rare to come across these days. If you need an electric bike, please hire it from my friend Arditos.

We had such a great time renting Ardito’s e-bikes! The bikes are well kept, and very powerful. We were able to use them from 10am to 8pm with no battery problems or drop off issues. They are also safe because the wheels are wide and sturdy for uneven roads, and equipped with rear and front lights for when biking back in the dark. We would recommend Ardito for anyone wanting to explore the island in a safe and freeing way 😊 thank you so much Ardí!

Renting an e-bike in Malta is a smart way to conquer the steep hills, but it requires proper preparation due to the heavy traffic. Make sure you really get familiar with the bike and it will enhance your holiday experience. If you are used to quiet roads normally with riding a bike, make sure you avoid rush hour. Navigation is highly recommended with the maze-like urban planning of Malta. That's why I rented an e-bike at Los Arditos. I rented one for 5 days. It comes with extra large tires. This is highly recommended for the sometimes bumpy roads and unpaved paths along the coast. The owner gave me two batteries + a charger, which comes in handy biking to Gozo and back to the hotel in Saint Julians. Ardit, the owner, is very keen on showing you nice spots and is willing to go the extra mile. Service beyond the normal rental procedure is exquisite! Thank you very much for the service and the company!
