We did career counselling for both of my daughters. It helped us tremendously in deciding what course to take after 12th which would suit my daughters' aptitude.
I'll definitely recommend Lighthouse people to all those who need a proper & definite career guidance.

I approached Poonam Ma’am for career counseling about 6–7 months ago. During the process, I was referred to her husband, who works in an entrepreneurship development company, for my second session. He suggested I gain some experience and offered me an internship under his guidance, with the promise of helping me build the sustainable clothing business I had envisioned. However, even after six months, he stated that I still don't seem prepared and suggested revisiting the plan in another 4–5 months.

As I didn’t receive proper career counseling from Poonam Ma’am, I can’t provide feedback on her services. However, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place for those seeking guidance in building their future in entrepreneurship.

I have had excellent guidance from Poonam Ma'am both during my graduation studies at VNIT, and subsequent work life also. I would recommend her sessions, as well as the group activities conducted at LightHouse People's !
