Where is your store located?

Our boutique is located within the villas area of AYANA Bali
From the villa lobby, please walk straight ahead and proceed toward the entrance of DAVA Restaurant.
Just before reaching the restaurant, you’ll see a pathway on the left-hand side.
Follow that path to the end (you'll notice a yellow wall), then turn left.
Our store will be on your right-hand side.

当ブティックは、アヤナリゾート バリ内のヴィラエリアにございます。
ヴィラのロビーをまっすぐ進むと、DAVAレストランのエントランス手前左側に小道が見えてまいりますので、そちらへお進みください。
黄色い壁の突き当たりを左に曲がると、右手に当店がございます。

What are your business hours?

Accepted Answer

Our regular business hours are weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
We welcome walk-in guests who wish to browse our selection of accessories.

Please note that we may be closed on certain days without prior notice, and priority is given to guests with appointments.
Fitting appointments for rental attire are available by prior appointment only.

通常の営業時間は、平日の午前9時半から午後5時までとなっております。
販売アクセサリーをご覧になりたいお客様はご予約なしでもご来店いただけますが、ご予約のお客様を優先してご案内いたしております。

また、不定休のため、事前の告知なく休業させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
レンタル衣装のフィッティングは完全予約制となっておりますので、ご希望の方は事前にご予約をお願いいたします。

We kindly ask that you schedule your visit in advance to ensure personalized service.

For Purchases
While walk-in guests are welcome to browse our selection of items for sale, we highly recommend arranging an appointment in advance.
Please note that our regular business hours are weekdays from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, though we may occasionally be closed without prior notice.
As we prioritize guests with appointments, we appreciate your understanding.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Transactions can be made with QRIS, debit, or major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, and JCB, payable at the villa lobby within the hotel.
Guests who have placed a deposit upon check-in may also charge their purchases to their room for added convenience.

お支払いはホテル内のヴィラロビーにて承っております。
