Question 1

Do I need clean hair for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes—whether it's color, extensions, or a dry cut, please come with clean, dry hair. Wash it the night before or morning of, and avoid heavy products like oils or dry shampoo.

For dry cuts especially, avoid coming in with hair that's been in a bun, ponytail, braid, or clip. I need to see how your hair naturally falls so I can shape it accurately.

Question 2

What hair care product line do you use?

Accepted Answer

Opal carries Kerestase and Oribe. I have used Oribe for almost 10 years, so I will continue to use what Opal has chosen to carry of their line.
Oribe is a luxury brand known for its performance, beautiful results, and signature scent. It’s designed to elevate all hair types.

Question 3

How much are hair extensions?

Accepted Answer

Extension pricing depends on your hair, goals, and the method that’s best for you. I require a complimentary consultation to make sure you're a candidate and go over pricing and maintenance.

Maintenance is needed every 5–8 weeks and typically ranges from $150–$300.

Keep in mind: not everyone is a fit for this length or method, and pricing can vary.
