We also offer IV hydration therapy, personalized medical-grade skincare, and medically supervised weight loss programs. Every treatment plan is fully customized to your unique goals for best results.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit is designed to be welcoming, informative, and tailored to you. We’ll start with a personalized consultation where I’ll listen to your goals, answer all your questions, and thoroughly explain your options. New patients will also complete a quick Good Faith Exam (GFE) with one of our licensed medical providers to ensure you’re a safe candidate for treatment. If appropriate, we can often treat the same day. My goal is for you to leave feeling confident, educated, and excited about your plan.

Do you offer consultations without same-day treatment?

Yes! Consultations are offered with no pressure to treat. My priority is making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident before moving forward.

Question 4

What’s the difference between neuromodulators and filler?

Accepted Answer

Neuromodulators work by relaxing muscles to soften expression lines, most commonly in the forehead, between the brows, and around the eyes. Results aren’t immediate—it typically takes 3 to 7 days to start working, with full effects in about 2 weeks.

Filler, on the other hand, adds volume and structure to areas like the cheeks, lips, jawline, and under-eyes. It offers immediate results, so you’ll see the improvement right away. While both can be used alone, they often work best together for a balanced, natural-looking refresh.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and vitamin E for 3–5 days beforehand (if medically appropriate) to reduce bruising. Arrive well-hydrated with clean skin—please skip makeup if possible.

For safety, avoid scheduling your appointment within 2 weeks of any dental work, vaccinations, illness, active cold sores, skin rashes, or infections. Also, please let us know if you have any upcoming procedures or surgeries.

And don’t forget to bring your questions! I want you to feel fully informed, confident, and excited about your treatment.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options through Cherry, CareCredit, and Afterpay. We also accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, we're happy to guide you through it during your visit.

Where are you located?

Accepted Answer

Metamorph Medspa is located at 960 Ohio Dr, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75093—directly across the street from the DPS office and just down the road from Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital.

The medspa is easily accessible from all directions via the Dallas North Tollway or President George Bush Turnpike. Free parking is available right out front and to the side. If you need help finding us, feel free to call or text—we’re happy to assist!

What is a Good Faith Exam, and do I need one?

Yes. In the state of Texas, a Good Faith Exam (GFE) is legally required before receiving any prescription-based aesthetic treatment, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectables. This exam must be performed by a qualified medical professional—such as a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant—acting under the supervision of our medical director.

The GFE is a brief but important medical evaluation to determine if you are an appropriate candidate for treatment. It helps ensure your safety and compliance with state medical regulations. The exam is typically valid for 12 months and can often be completed virtually before your appointment. If it’s your first visit or it’s been over a year since your last GFE, one will be required prior to treatment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. No-shows or same-day cancellations will require a $75 deposit before any future appointments can be confirmed. Appointments may still be scheduled, but will not be considered valid until the deposit is received via Zelle at metamorphmedspa@gmail.com.  We understand life happens, but to protect both your time and ours—and to be fair to other clients—we appreciate timely communication. A one-time courtesy is extended for last-minute cancellations, and the deposit policy will apply to all future bookings. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Do you offer packages or memberships?

Can I get treated if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Accepted Answer

No. Due to limited safety data, I do not treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Is there downtime?

Accepted Answer

Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some swelling, redness, or bruising is possible and usually resolves quickly. You’ll receive detailed aftercare instructions to support healing and minimize downtime.

Question 13

How long do results last?

Accepted Answer

It varies by treatment. Neuromodulators typically last 3–4 months. Fillers can last 6–18 months depending on the area and product. Biostimulatory treatments like Sculptra® and Radiesse® stimulate your own collagen and may last even longer. We’ll go over expected longevity in your consultation.

Do you offer dissolving for filler?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer hyaluronidase to dissolve hyaluronic acid-based fillers when clinically appropriate. This may be recommended for concerns like migration, asymmetry, or vascular compromise to. If you were treated elsewhere, please note there’s no way to confirm the exact product used. In some cases—especially with unlicensed injectors and/or counterfeit materials—hyaluronidase may not be effective. Your safety is the priority, and treatment decisions are made based on clinical judgment and current guidelines.

What age should I start getting injectables?

There’s no set age—it really depends on your anatomy, lifestyle, and goals. Some patients start preventative treatments in their mid-to-late 20s, while others begin later to address visible signs of aging. During your consultation, I’ll assess your unique needs and help you decide what’s appropriate and beneficial for you. The focus is never on age—it’s on timing, education, and personalized care.

Do you treat men?

Yes, I treat men and provide treatment plans tailored to individual anatomy and aesthetic goals. While the foundational techniques are similar, male facial anatomy and aesthetic goals often differ— typically favoring sharper angles, stronger jawlines, and a more conservative approach to volume. During your consultation, I’ll explain these nuances and recommend a treatment plan that supports natural, masculine results.

Please note: Certain treatments may not be appropriate for individuals who are immunocompromised, or underage. Medical screening and clearance are required prior to treatment.

Can I work out after my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Strenuous exercise, excessive sweating, and heat exposure (such as saunas or hot yoga) should be avoided for at least 24 hours after injectable treatments. This helps reduce the risk of swelling, bruising, product migration, and even infection, as the skin is more vulnerable during the initial healing period. Light activity like walking is typically fine.

I’ll go over all aftercare instructions with you before you leave and encourage you to reach out with any questions. Your safety and results are always my top priority.

Can I wear makeup after my appointment?

Accepted Answer

It’s best to avoid makeup for at least 24 hours after injectable treatments to minimize the risk of irritation or infection. If needed, you may apply it after 4–6 hours— but be sure to use clean brushes or applicators to avoid introducing bacteria.

Before your treatment, I’ll thoroughly cleanse and prep your skin. If you arrive wearing makeup, we’ll remove it and properly disinfect the area. If possible, I recommend arriving with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best treatment experience. I’ll review all aftercare instructions with you and am always here if questions come up.

Will people be able to tell I’ve had something done?

The goal is that they won’t— at least not in an obvious way. My approach focuses on natural-looking enhancements that help you look refreshed, rested, and more confident— not overdone or unnatural.

Most people simply notice that you look great, without knowing exactly why. Every treatment is customized to your features and goals, with an emphasis on balance and facial harmony. We’ll go over everything during your consultation so you feel completely comfortable with your plan.

What do I need before starting the weight loss program?

Before starting the program, a few important steps are required to ensure your safety and eligibility:
    •    Recent blood work (within the past 6 months)
    •    BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health condition, or 30 or higher without one (in accordance with FDA guidelines)
    •    A completed Good Faith Exam (GFE) with our supervising medical provider
    •    Health history and medication review
    •    Informed consent and agreement to follow monitoring protocols
