POOR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF OVER TWO DAYS

I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience across two consecutive days (Dec 4 & 8, 2025). The overall service was poor, especially from the front-line staff.

Key Issues:
• Rude and Arrogant Staff: The guard at the entrance was rude, and a receptionist on Day 2 was openly "not in the mood," treating me as a bother and speaking to me and her colleague in an arrogant, demanding tone.
• Neglect and Dismissal: Multiple receptionists neglected their duties: one dismissed me to a colleague, and another deliberately ignored me while I stood directly in front of her desk, calling non-existent customer numbers instead of assisting me.
• Administrative Inflexibility: Staff refused to accept the National ID (PhilID), despite its official status.
• Drug Test Handling: The staff member overseeing the drug test showed clear annoyance when I couldn't provide a full sample immediately, causing unnecessary stress and an hour-long delay.
• Unnecessary Hassle: Staff rudely demanded I return the next day for a physical exam clearance, despite confirming that the results were available online, causing unnecessary travel due to their poor scheduling communication.

The experience at this branch is drastically different from my professional visits to Hi-Precision Consolacion, Mandaue, and Mactan. Management needs to immediately review and re-train all front-line staff on basic customer service and professional conduct.

I want to cry so much and I don't like the people who are working here.. the girls are bayas to only boys and this is what you called "we treat equal"¿
One of the girls in the x-rays counter said me to sit down and wait for them to call my name, I waited for more than 1 hour but when I hear a guy walk Infront of the x-ray counter they said to sit down but suddenly they ask the guy names and let him in the x-ray waiting area!?? But I was before him more than an hour
I ask the girl in the x-ray counter she claims that they already called my name and it's my fault why nag wait ko more than 1 hour?? HA??? What makes it my fault, when I follow every step was giving to me and they blame me? I was listening if my name was called but it didn't and then just accusing me?? Ehh?? And when I told them I was here and waiting the whole time they claim "maybe you where called during pag kuha sa dugo nimo" excuse me?? Aware mo but you didn't call me back?? What is my name an 1 time trial card uses? And they still blame me?? HOW THE HELL IS MY FAULT WHEN I TRY TO GIVE MY NAME AT FIRST THEY JUST SAID "SIT DOWN"!

If you are to use your health insurance, they’ll ask you to wait 3-4 hrs so they can contact the provider, but the person in charge to contact the provider wasnt calling the provider since hrs ago. I was just really observing her while patiently waiting. When’s the queue gonna start moving if shes not gonna start calling the provider? If the person in charge cannot take care of all her deliverables the same time, its about time u add more people to do the job. Can you guys not figure out a way to make your process more efficient to prioritize ur customers well-being. Our provider’s been paying for the tests, its not as if we’re asking these tests to be free. Why this kind of service?

I had a frustrating experience during my recent visit to Hi-Precision, where I went to seek consultation for a high fever and to use my Maxicare insurance.

Upon arrival, I approached the secretary at the doctor’s counter to ask about the process and requirements. Unfortunately, the interaction was unprofessional and unapproachable. The staff member appeared unfamiliar with proper procedures and did not provide clear or helpful guidance, which already set a discouraging tone for the visit.

The process itself was very time-consuming and inefficient. I was instructed to go to the front desk to validate my insurance, then sent back again. After the doctor’s consultation, I was advised to undergo a CBC test and was once again directed to the front desk, where I had to fill out another form. It was only at this point that I was informed that a doctor’s signature was required for Maxicare coverage information that should have been communicated earlier.

Prior to this, I had already asked the secretary about the next steps, yet this essential requirement was not mentioned, reflecting a lack of knowledge and coordination. This resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth and added stress, especially given my health condition at the time.

Overall, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope the management can improve staff training, communication, and workflow efficiency to ensure a more professional and patient-centered experience in the future.

For labs only, it is located at the back while imaging with labs would be at the front. The guard would just inform you about it. Place is qide enough but needs more fan during noon time or early afternoon. Their tv also needs to have entertainment shows since alot of people are using their service. Staffs are nice. They accept credit/debit cards which absolutely awesome. Bathrooms/CR are wide. Limited parking space

The waiting time for my husband’s ECG was very long despite us following the proper queue. I was called ahead and completed my ECG, but he had to wait for about an hour. We were not informed that the ECG services had already been moved to the 2nd floor, and only found out after we complained. Better communication and guidance for patients would greatly improve the experience.

Poor customer engagement was evident, as customers were not properly guided or given clear instructions regarding the process. This lack of communication led to confusion and uncertainty, causing them to wait for extended periods of time without understanding the reason for the delay. A more proactive approach, including setting clear expectations, providing timely updates, and ensuring customers are well-informed from the beginning, would have significantly improved their overall experience and minimized unnecessary waiting.

I do not recommend their home service specially if dili mo sulti ang patient nga mangihi na siya. 2 weeks is not enough waiting time. So hasul.

The whole experience is excellent. Staffs were very approachable. We came from Masbate pa and nangita jud ug way ang staff para maaccomodate mi for ultrasound maski paout najud unta si doc. Glad we came to HP for our laboratory.

It was first time doing laboratory tests here in Hi-Precision and it was such a smooth process all throughout. The staff were very approachable.

It's very convenient as lab tech comes to the house on the indicated time. Very professional. It's very convenient especially if patient is mobility-challenged. No waiting time compared to when doing it in the clinic. Highly recommended esp if bedridden or your're busy. They come to the house on time. Worth the additonal cost paid.

I had a good experience at Hi-Precision Diagnostics – Mandaue, Cebu. The facility is clean, well organized, and has a professional environment that makes the visit comfortable for patients. The staff were polite and efficient during the registration and testing process, and they guided me clearly on what to do. The medical staff handled the procedure carefully and professionally, which I really appreciated. The overall process was smooth and fairly quick, even with several patients around. Overall, it’s a reliable diagnostic center for laboratory tests and medical check-ups. I would definitely recommend Hi-Precision Diagnostics – Mandaue, Cebu for professional and efficient diagnostic services.

The process of getting my pre employment medical exam was pretty quick so when I came back 4 days later I expected to get my results quickly but for some reason it's an 1hr+ wait for results??? I don't understand how getting my results is longer than my actual tests. What are the employees doing in there? Horrible experience, I am appalled that I had to wait this long for a few pieces of bond paper. I genuinely cannot comprehend what is taking them so long that the wait for results reaches an hour or longer. Please fix this system its ridiculous. DO NOT COME HERE

Results should be printed already for pickup. This diagnostic center will only print out the results on the day you of pickup. They said they will not print out unless you show the receipt. You need to wait an hour before you get it. Totally waste of time. I don’t recommend this diagnostic clinic.

BAD! Employee’s (not all) would only prioritize who pays on cash!!! SLOW SERVICE!

I tried calling today land line and cellphone number and no one is answering and i know they are open already, it shows open and it's already 8:27 am PH time.

Services are not good, the tone of voice should be polite or friendly. Strictly follow first come first serve for those who are walk in. If there's a mistake, which fault by the receptionist. Apologize to the client and offer a way to lessen the waiting time. When we got here there are only 1-2 persons, who are waiting for consult and no physical test and the receptionist put us in the list. While waiting for the doctor to arrive clients also slowly gather. And as we check and ask when the doctor is coming, and tell them the purpose, they tell us that the receptionist mistakenly put us in physical test and then they transfer our name into consult. Now, as i follow up again, ask a question when will be our name called, they said where are on number 8, which very unfair note the doctor just arrive.  The tone of the receptionist are not so polite that even people who heard our conversation can tell that her voice are not that nice. I just want to ask why clients who are next to us since when we arrived are the one called out first. Which is very unfair, we've been here since 1pm, the doctor arrived around 2:30pm and now its already 3:04 pm. Just want to express my emotion, I can't accept the fact they think we can't wait but we just want to ask a fair question. - Clinic Reception (Hi-precession City of Naga Cebu). I've been regular client here, I always recommend your Clinic or Diagnostics to others but now I'm very disappointed!

Very poor customer service and queuing system

Number Sequence is so disappointing. Arrived at 5:19, listed my name right away on the form at 5:21 am amd was #5 on the list. The approval of the HMO took too long and when I went inside the #given to me is way too far from the list. In short, its a waste of time coming early. Had to fast for 6-8 hrs and when its past 8 hrs you will be rescheduled + one staff is not patient friendly. Poor Service!!!!

The guards are approachable, and the counters provide fast service. However, when it comes to the physical examination, they seem inconsiderate toward other people who also need to be accommodated. Instead of assisting everyone properly, they ask people to come back the next day, which is very inconvenient since many of us also have important things to do. They keep asking customers to return even though the number of patients needing a physical examination has not even reached 50. Even if you treat them nicely, they still don’t seem to care to physical examination department. Is that really how customer service works?”

The guards were welcoming and accommodating, but unfortunately the actual employees/HP staff were not as approachable.

Disappointing experience and poor scheduling management. I woke up early today specifically to get my Annual Physical Examination (APE) done at this branch. After going through the initial process, I was told that there is no available doctor to perform the physical exam for the entire day. The staff casually told me to just come back tomorrow as if it is not a big deal. They completely disregarded the fact that patients have work to attend to and schedules to manage. Wasting a client's time and demanding a second visit due to your own lack of available doctors is highly unprofessional. To avoid wasting my leave, I had to proactively ask if I could be referred to another branch so I could complete my APE on the same day. I arrived at the Capitol branch at around 9:30 AM, only to be advised to return at 1:00 PM since I would be availing an additional procedure. As of this writing, there is only one doctor available at the branch, and the doctor who will conduct my physical exam and the additional procedure is still unavailable. Given the situation, it appears that I may need to spend the entire day waiting, which is both inconvenient and inefficient. Also, after waiting for more than 5hrs, unfortunately I was just informed by the Capitol branch that the transferring branch, Tabunok, did not include the additional procedure. Capitol branch is currently trying to contact the Tabunok branch, but no one is answering. This situation is becoming quite frustrating.

If i were to rate them i would not give a star at all. My 1 year old daughter came in for cbc and ns1 dengue test. The medical technician swam the needle in my child's arm and still was unable to procure blood. He blamed that the child was moving while he was extracting. WELL OF COURSE! YOU DO NOT EXPECT A 1 YEAR OLD TO COOPERATE JUST LIKE AN ADULT!! Then he took another time. Just when we thought that we have finally submitted our blood and we were instructed to go home, the laboratory called us that we need to come back again because the blood hemolyzed!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! TREAT YOUR PATIENTS AND SPECIMENS WITH DIGNITY!!!!
