The level of customer service I received is completely unacceptable.<br>I contacted Customer Support to arrange a refund for my items, and they confirmed that the refund was possible, but told me I needed to visit the outlet where the purchase was made after 3 PM during Eid. Today, 25 May, is not even Eid, so I messaged them multiple times asking for clarification. Instead of helping, they simply stopped replying altogether. I then called their number 7 times, and not a single call was answered.<br>Despite all this confusion, I drove 30 minutes to the store, only to be told by the staff that they still could not process the refund until after 3 PM. I even politely requested them to at least keep the items at the store so the refund could be completed later in the day, since the items are refundable anyway. Shockingly, they refused without giving any reasonable explanation.<br>I genuinely cannot understand the logic behind making customers waste so much time and effort going back and forth because of poor communication and lack of basic cooperation. This entire experience has been exhausting, disrespectful, and deeply frustrating.

Great yarn and crafts store in Dubai with a solid selection of supplies. The staff were super friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will be returning soon.
