What services do you offer?

I offer wig installs, reinstallations, and styling services. I also sell high-quality, HD wigs through Halos Extensions.

Question 4

Do I need to come with my hair braided down?

Accepted Answer

Since school is still going on and time can be tight, coming braided down will help the process move faster. I’m still perfecting my braiding down skills, so I recommend arriving with your hair already braided down.

When booking, you can click the add-on for “Coming Braided Down” and get $10 off your install. If you can’t come braided down, just let me know when you book so I can adjust your appointment.

Are your wigs in stock or pre-order?

What kind of hair do you sell?

All of my products are 100% human hair, no synthetic fibers, soft to the touch, natural-looking, and reusable with proper care. I sell:
	•	Wigs (ready-to-wear, luxury HD lace wigs)
	•	Bundles (for sew-ins, ponytails, or custom wigs)
	•	Curly Hair Bulks (for boho/goddess braids)

What kind of lace do I need for half-up, half-down and deep parting hairstyles?

For these styles, it’s best to use a 13x6 full lace wig. Full lace gives you the flexibility to create half-up, half-down looks, deep parts, and other versatile styles while keeping a natural hairline.

Do you take appointments on Sundays?

I usually don’t book appointments on Sundays, but if it’s absolutely necessary, I can make exceptions. Sunday appointments are $10 extra. Just reach out before booking to confirm availability.

How do I know if I need a full install or just a reinstall?

Accepted Answer

Full install: New wig or first-time install on clean braids.
Reinstall: Taking down an old wig and reapplying it; perfect for refreshing your look.

How long does it take to get my wig/bundles shipped?

Wigs are pre-order only and usually arrive in about 4 days after payment. Bundles and curly hair bulks are typically ready to ship within 1–2 days.
